Delivery & Returns
Postage of finished items is via 2nd class signed for service. I aim to post my orders within 10 working days but during busy seasons it may take longer — customers will be kept updated as appropriate.
Cancellation and refund:
*In case you change your mind you will be able to cancel your order within 24 hours from ordering.
*No refund on custom-made orders (unless the item is faulty).
*Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on sale items.
*Items which are not custom-made can be returned and refunded. They need to be in the original condition (unused and new).
Unless the item is faulty, you are required to pay the return postage yourself. Please make sure the item is unworn and unwashed. Once I have the item back, I will process your refund.
